HOW TO ORDER

• Simply browse our website select your items then follow the secure on screen instructions for payment.  On completion of your order you will recieve a confirmation e-mail informing you that your order has been successful and is bieng proccessed.

• All prices stated on this website include VAT.

 SHIPPING

• Postage rates given are for the mainland U.K only. We can ship to Europe via various postage options but you will need to contact us prior to ordering your items for a shipping quote. The quote you recieve will be based on weight,destination and the level of service you require. For parcels sent within the U.K we use 1st class recorded delivery which requires a signature, but ensures safe arrival of your goods.

• Shipping is calculated by weight enabling you to combine items and still only pay postage at cost . Shipping is automatically calculated and is viewable both in your basket and at the checkout, enabling you to review the cost before you complete your order.

DELIVERY

• We aim to send out your parcels within 48hrs, but in most cases if your order is complete before 12pm it will be sent out on the same day. Please remember as we use 1st class recorded delivery your parcel will require a signature on arrival. Parcels are sent out Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

RETURNS

• If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it within 28 days of placing your order, unused in its original packaging with your proof of purchase. We will then exchange it for you or send you a direct full refund with the original postage costs. PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NOT REFUND RETURN POSTAGE COSTS. If you do return an item please ensure it is sent back using recorded delivery so we can guarantee its safe arrival.

• If you are unfortunate to recieve a damaged item please return it within 28 days with proof of purchase unused in its original packaging. We will then replace the item for you or give you a direct refund of the original total cost  INCLUDING THE RETURN POSTAGE. Again please ensure any item sent back is sent using recorded delivery so we can guarantee its safe arrival.
